Dr. Minesh Patel was very informative, very personable. I was a nervous ball going into his office for the first time. From the front desk reception to Ms. Amanda & Ms. Row, they were so sweet and quick to welcome me to the practice. The lab tech was also very comforting and funny. He kept me laughing so I wouldn't notice all the blood they had to take! Lol but Dr. Minesh Patel explained everything step by step and his reassurance of everything was very calming. I went in thinking the worst and came out feeling relief and cared for.

He is very polite. Also very thorough and has an awesome manner within. I have never had another dr to come into the room an shake my hand. That right there impressed me totally. He explained more to me and 30 minutes about my cancer then my first opinion ever did. Dr Patel came highly recommended from my wound care surgeon Dr Reddy.

Dr. Patel continues to amaze me at every visit. He not only is so knowledgeable, he also knows how to explain any situation so I can really understand what's going on. He's so compassionate & whatever he says he will do or check on, it has happened before I can even get home. He's one of the best I've ever seen!

My husband has recurring prostate cancer and a nodule in his left lung. Dr. Patel, his staff and the Piedmont Cancer Institute are the best. Appointments run on time, never a wait longer then 5-10 minutes. Everyone is treated with dignity, and as a person. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions you may have. I have a medical notebook that I carry to all medical appointments and take notes so I can remember what is said/done. I would highly recommend the Piedmont Cancer Clinic for anyone facing this horrible disease....Cancer.

I had to transfer to Dr. Patel after completing SBRT and losing my old oncologist due to health reasons. I had been with my previous oncologist for a number of years. Dr. Patel took his time to review my scans and answered all my questions. He referred me to the services provided through the Wellness Center and to an immune specialist for my immune disorder. My case is difficult as I have enough allergies to fill the book War and Peace. Plus, I have 5 heart conditions and chronic kidney disease as well as the immunology issue. He did blood panels for everything including the lung cancer. I was impressed with the time he took and his caring bedside manner.

Dr Patel is hands down the best oncologist in the Piedmont facility. He is so passionate towards his patients and he truly cares about each and every single patient that is fortunate to have him as their doctor!! We are so blessed to have had him these past two years.

Very compassionate doctor who is never dismissive or condescending and genuinely seems to be patient-focused. I always have questions and he addresses them in a concise manner without dumbing down his explanations.

Dr Patel is a great Dr. He is easy going, never rushed. His quiet demeanor is reassuring, He tells it just like it is. He has brought me a long way!! I would recommend him to anyone facing cancer. He cares.

Dr Patel is awesome. He really listens to you when you have concerns and in detail to the level that makes you feel comfortable and without no worries by the time you leave your appt. If you have any concern about your health and has nothing to do with what you are there for and he has an answer, he will answer it. I'm so glad my surgeon recommended him to me or I would have never found him. He is the type of oncologist that you would want because he cares about your health and your feelings. The staff in this office are also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services since day 1.

My visit with Dr Patel I was given all the information that was needed. He's very informative calm and helpful. Dr Patel was patient with me and answered all of my questions. More importantly he's a man of God. Highly recommend if you need a consultation.

I'm privileged to be under Dr Patel, Amanda and his team. His leadership skills flows throughout his team. I have total confidence I'm in the best place while I go through this journey.
