Prior to Your Visit
In efforts to enhance your experience with us, Piedmont Cancer Institute has adopted a new system that will make your registration process easier and faster whether you are a new patient or an established patient. You will now be able to complete your forms and check your information online before your appointment, so you can spend more time with your provider and less time in the waiting room.
Five days prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and an email from Piedmont Cancer Institute with a link to access Phreesia, the online portal. Complete your paperwork, upload your documents (insurance cards, prescription cards and photo ID), and confirm your visit. Please do this before arriving at the office.
