If you have a scheduled telehealth appointment with one of our physicians or patient educators, please use the links below to enter the waiting room 5 minutes before the time of your appointment.
Please follow the 3 step instructions below.
- Choose your Doctor’s name or the appropriate “Patient Education” link from the list below.
- In the "Welcome!" box, please type your first and last name and click the "Check In" button.
- You are now checked in to the waiting room.
