Our Research Staff

At Piedmont Cancer Institute, our research staff is committed to providing you with the opportunity to have access to emerging new therapies and technologies. We are actively sought out by many of the major pharmaceutical companies to provide state of the art clinical trials of new treatments for cancer. These treatments include phase 2, 3 and 4 trials.

We contribute to the development of oncological therapies and advancements that result in better life expectancies in a multitude of cancer patients. Our clinical research department works with our oncologists to review patient records and identify those who would benefit from the promising new therapies offered in clinical trials. If the need arises, we coordinate referrals and /or therapy to major cancer centers across the United States.
